Helichrysum or Immortelle is very useful as a remedy
for people who can't seem to get satisfaction, in
the metaphorical as well as in the very physical
sense. Awakens deep desires and at the energetic
level, fills hungers that might not be stilled in
other ways. No love potions should be without it.
An old married couple's cart has broken down on their
way home from the market town, in the middle of a
stretch of old forest that was still left standing from
long times ago. They have argued all day, as they always
argue all day, and they are thoroughly tired of each
other's company.
There is nothing that can be done as night has fallen,
and so reluctantly they decide to camp in the woods for
the night. They are still arguing about whose fault it
all was, complaining and accusing each other as they
look around for a suitable spot to put a blanket down
and go to sleep.
They stumble down an embankment in the dark and find
themselves in a strange grove, where wondrous night
flowers are blooming. Their scent is strong, mysterious
and the couple stops fighting; quietly they make their
camp.
Later, when the moon is bright above, they look at each
other with new eyes, and in the morning, they stand by
the road, waiting for assistance, and they are smiling,
holding hands. |
