Petitgrain is about tomorrow and the new day
unfolding before your eyes, inviting you to step
into this with every breath you take, always new,
always fresh, always young at heart.

An old lady has been told she only has three months left
to live. It is spring, and she is in her garden,
carefully weeding her vegetables and little flower
seedlings with a stick for she can't bend down to do it
in the usual way. Her daughter, who is much distraught,
comes calling and finds her there.
"Why do you bother?" the daughter cries heartbrokenly,
"You know you won't live to see any fruits or flowers!
Come inside, sit down, take it easy!"
The old lady smiles and touches her daughters arm, looks
into her eyes and says, "But it is spring, my dear!" |
